A 10 week facilitated men’s group to get connected to yourself, get supported by other men, expand your comfort zone, and live more fully.

How it works

 

Group Sessions

Each week we hold one 120 minute facilitated group session. To drop into a place of safety and get connected with yourself and others.

 

1:1 Coaching

1:1 coaching with me to help you get to the heart of your intention and break through your limitations.

Continuation

Build the relationships and skills you need to continue high-quality meetings on your own cadence after the program is complete

 

Confidential Forum for Support

A confidential forum to stay connected with the other men in the group and get continued support in between group sessions.

Weekly Accountability

Set stretch goals each week, get mutual feedback and accountability from the group. Track and report out on your progress and challenges each week.

 

Resources and Tools

Each session I will introduce a new mindfulness tool or somatic practice to get you grounded and open you up to bigger possibilies.
